Media
Contact Person
The following activities are being suggested to make it easier for contact people and van drivers to keep track of items going in and out of the schools:
- Locate media materials in your school that are due to be returned to Keystone AEA before the van driver arrives.
- Check Keystone AEAs web page for a list of items that are due.
- Go to Keystone AEAs web page at: http://www.aea1.k12.ia.us
- Click on the Media Library button.
- Click on the Due List button.
- Youll need to enter your teacher number.
- A list of video and small media that are due from all the teachers at your school will appear on the screen. Please have those items collected and ready for the van driver to pick up.
- Be available when the van driver arrives to check in media materials received from Keystone AEA to make sure that everything on the list is physically in the box.
- Distribute boxes of books, kits and curriculum lab material to teachers.
- Remove all mail and distribute to your teachers.
- If you have a problem or question about delivery e-mail rbossard@aea1.k12.ia.us
- Request any of the following forms from the van driver (or e-mail Rosemary Bossard at rbossard@aea1.k12.ia.us) when the supply in your school runs low:
- Production Request Form (8 1/2 x 11 white 3 part NCR)
- Equipment Repair Forms from AEA 267.
Northeast Iowa Regional Library
In cooperation with the Northeast Iowa Regional Library Keystone AEA delivers packages for public libraries to the schools. These packages (i.e.: books, etc.) are delivered to local schools for the local libraries to pick up. Once a week (Wednesday) the Regional Library stops to drop off and pick up public library packages at Keystone AEA Instructional Services Division.
